Unlimited correspondence between sessions via email, WhatsApp or whichever message service you prefer.
A tailor-made action plan that will map out how to achieve your goals.

In-person in Aix-en-Provence, France.
Outside, whilst walking together. Side-by-side coaching can be a super helpful way of working together and getting some exercise too. Some clients find it easier to talk more freely side-by-side, than face-to-face. It’s also OK to walk in silence whilst you reflect and consider an answer. And it’s also OK to stop and admire the view. I’ve found that side-by-side coaching often brings new and surprising insights and ideas.
